A few words about Cheryl Allen
Cheryl Allen is a licensed Mortgage Banker with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. She has been a President’s Club member for multiple years and recipient of a Top-Producer award during her ten years at a leading mortgage bank. Cheryl started on the ground floor of the mortgage business back in 1992 as a closer and loan coordinator at a real estate law firm. From 1995 to 1996, she learned the ins-and-outs of the construction business by working as a project coordinator for a large Rhode Island builder. From 1996 to 2001, Cheryl worked in a variety of roles as a loan processor, underwriter and office manager. Since deciding to originate loans full time, she has consistently been a top-producing loan officer in her county.
Cheryl’s business is 100% by referral due to the strong relationships she has grown and maintained with her business partners and clients.
